A coordinator can give a more useful review when you share:
- Exact pickup and destination addresses, building details, and handoff contacts at both ends.

- The passenger's mobility, positioning, and requested support, including any passenger-supplied equipment.
- Companion, service-animal, luggage, and family-contact details that may affect the trip plan.
Details confirmed for the requested trip
Ask the coordinator to confirm route and date availability, the assigned vehicle and relevant equipment, planned crew roles, the family-contact cadence, and what a route-specific quote covers. Vehicle features and travel arrangements vary by trip and are not established by this general page.
